Vacuum bagging films

Vacuum bagging films form the airtight barrier that allows vacuum to be applied during lamination, infusion and curing. Available in different formulations and service temperatures, they provide high mechanical strength, flexibility and sealing integrity throughout the production cycle.

Peel plies and release fabrics

Peel plies are applied to the laminate surface to obtain a uniform finish ready for subsequent bonding or lamination. They also peel away easily after curing without contaminating the surface.

Perforated release films

Release films prevent ancillary materials from bonding to the laminate and control the passage of resin and volatiles during curing. They are available with different perforation levels to suit the various production processes.

Resin flow media

Flow media speed up resin flow during infusion, reducing fill times and improving the uniformity of impregnation. They are available in different configurations to suit simple or complex geometries.

Breathers and bleeders

Breather materials ensure even distribution of vacuum inside the bag, while bleeders absorb excess resin in processes that require it. They help improve the fibre/resin ratio and the quality of the finished laminate.

Vacuum bag sealant tapes

Sealant tapes ensure a perfect seal of the vacuum bag throughout the production cycle. Available for different temperatures and application surfaces, they provide reliability and ease of use.

Valves, tubing and vacuum accessories
